Raised on a farm and instilled with a deep love for the land and cattle, Erin, Doc’s oldest daughter loves promoting beef. In the last five years she’s raced marathons and triathlons, even doing Ironman Louisville.
In 2016 Erin worked with the Florida Beef Council to start Team Beef Florida. Erin serves as the Team Ambassador and endorsed athlete and there are 35 athletes of all types from all over Florida who race and promote beef as a #powerprotein and #fuelforthefinish.
